Day 1: Arrival – Negombo

Ayubowan! Welcome to Sri Lanka. Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your World Travel Centre representative before transferring to Negombo, affectionately known as Little Rome. Visit the beautiful St. Mary's Church (Bolawatte Church) and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Negombo Lagoon, where coastal charm meets centuries of Christian heritage.

Day 2: Negombo – Chilaw

After breakfast, travel to Chilaw, one of Sri Lanka's most important Catholic pilgrimage destinations. Visit the Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the historic Ebony Cross, and the Shrine of Blessed Joseph Vaz, where pilgrims gather to honour Sri Lanka's most celebrated Catholic missionary. Spend time exploring the town's spiritual and cultural landmarks.

Day 3: Chilaw – Kurunegala – Kandy

Continue your journey through the island's cultural heartland. Visit the historic St. Anne's Church in Kurunegala and Galgamuwa Church, both known for their religious significance. If time permits, enjoy panoramic views from Kurunegala Rock or visit the iconic Athugala Buddha Statue before continuing to Kandy.

Day 4: Discover Kandy

Spend the day exploring Kandy's important Christian and cultural landmarks. Visit Ampitiya National Seminary, St. Anthony's Church, and St. Paul's Church, before discovering the city's renowned attractions, including Kandy Lake, the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, and the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya.

Day 5: Kandy – Colombo

Travel to Colombo and visit some of Sri Lanka's most iconic churches, including St. Lucia's Cathedral, St. Anthony's Shrine, Kochchikade, and St. Joseph's Church in Grandpass. Continue with a city tour, exploring highlights such as Fort, Pettah, Dutch Hospital, Independence Square, Gangaramaya Temple, and the BMICH.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your onward journey, taking home lasting memories of Sri Lanka's rich Christian heritage, sacred places of worship, and warm hospitality.
